Looking up Glen Quoich in the Scottish Cairngorns en-route for Ben Avon this scene made me pause and reflect on the sparsity of old caledonian pinewood that is left in the highlands. Deer management is key to this and as we have no wolves these days deer control is carried out by the highland estates.

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
