THE ANGLICAN CHURCH OF ST PATRICK canvas
St Patrick’s Church was consecrated on 17 March 1890. It lies in the village of High Spen, Rowlands Gill, Tyne & Wear. It enjoys splendid views of the Derwent Valley and surrounding area and its grounds adjoin the much-visited public cemetery. Red kites can be seen flying over the church almost every day.
