The better pilot or more agile aircraft will gain sufficiently on the other combatant to bring the sights to bear - breaking from such a tight formed circle was dangerous in the extreme with cloud the more likely saviour. The nimble Nieuport of the French Escadrille Lafayette may just have the edge on the Fokker DR1 triplane on a heavily overcast day on the WW1 Western Front.

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).
Teak Frame – Teak “antique” smooth woodgrain finish.
White Frame – White brushed finish.
Grey Frame – Grey woodgrain finish.
Silver Frame – Silver brushed finish.
Gold Frame – Gold brushed finish.
