The Millers Crossing Bridge at Exeter, is a pedestrian and cycle bridge, crossing from Bonhay Road just upstream from Blackaller Weir, to the Flowerpot Playing Fields. The bridge was built in 2002 and is 54 meters long. It is a cable-stayed type of bridge. The most interesting feature of its design is the anchor to which the cables are attached. This is in the shape of two large, circular millstones, a reference to the many mills that formerly operated along this stretch of the river.
