The coleus is native to Asia and Africa. In Italy it is cultivated mainly as a houseplant, for the beauty of its leaves which are showy and colored . The coleus in winter loses its vegetation .The ideal temperature for this plant is around 20 ° C. The coleus allow you to create colorful mosaics thanks to the particular pigmentation of the leaves that already manifests itself in the juvenile phase.
