The Swirle Pavilion, with its golden globe, is part folly and part sculpture on Newcastle Quayside. It was made by Raf Fulcher in 1998. The names around the inside of the globe are some of the cities with which Newcastle regularly traded from boats on the Quayside.

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).
Teak Frame – Teak “antique” smooth woodgrain finish.
White Frame – White brushed finish.
Grey Frame – Grey woodgrain finish.
Silver Frame – Silver brushed finish.
Gold Frame – Gold brushed finish.
Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
