Born in Scotland in 1813 the Victorian missionary and explorer David Livingstone arrived in Africa in 1840. In 1855 he set off down the Zambezi River to find for himself the “Smoke That Thunders” which the local tribesmen called Mosi-oa-tunya. Livingstone named the falls in honour of his monarch, Queen Victoria. He died in Africa in 1873. Cloned on Sides – We take 38mm from the edges of the face of the canvas and we duplicate it on the side of the canvas. Most popular and default option.
