This shot was taken on the climb down from a full morning around the back of ‘The Old Man of Storr’ on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. The route we came down was not the usual route which was nice because it presented a few more un-seen compositions like this one. We tried our best to make it down in deep snow which at times was a few feet deep in snowdrifts. I noticed the light started to hit this rock face behind me and although the path was probably only a foot wide (with a substantial drop
