The Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey seen from the Bosporus. The Blue Mosque or Sultan Ahmed Mosque was constructed between 1609 and 1616 on the orders of Sultan Ahmet I and is notable for having six minarets of which four are visible in the image. Within it there are elements of early Byzantine Christianity although it is a centre of worship for Islam. This image has been treated with textures to give it an impressionist painting style

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).
