Platform side at Bewdley, No.4566, the Prairie Tank Engine. Built in Swindon in 1924 No.4566 spent most of its working life based at sheds in Devon & Cornwall & acheived 967,914 miles before being withdrawn from service by British Rail in 1962 & sold for scrap, arriving at Barry in the same year. It famously featured in Walt Disney`s live action film Candleshoe in 1976.
