Men-an-Tol (B&W) canvas
The Mên-an-Tol is a small formation of standing stones in Cornwall, England It is also known locally as the "Crick Stone". The Mên-an-Tol is thought to date to either the late Neolithic or early Bronze Age. The holed stone could originally have been a natural occurrence rather than deliberately sculpted. The Men-an-Tol is sited in open moorland, within an area designated as being historically and ecologically valuable as well as being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
