Abersoch harbour, North Wales canvas
Abersoch is a village in the community of Llanengan in Gwynedd, Wales. It is a popular coastal seaside resort both for the villagers and also visitors from far and wide. At the end of the beach is a small, little used harbour where the yacht in the picture is anchored. The village takes its name from the river, Afon Soch, which reaches the sea in the village. Originally a fishing port, Abersoch is now a tourist centre specialising in dinghy sailing and other water-sports.
