The Apple Express narrow gauge steam train is an iconic feature of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Here, the engine gets a vivid, retro treatment. This train was out of commission for several years, and has recently been restored by a dedicated group of volunteers. On this particular day, she was being steamed up for the first time in many years.
