Pegasus passing Berry Head canvas
Pegasus is based on the designs of the famous Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters. She is operated by The Island Trust, a sail training charity based in Exeter. Pegasus was designed by Ed Burnett and built by The Bristol Classic Boat Co. She was launched to great applause in May 2008. Pegasus is elegant, luxurious and fast. She races competitively in the the Sail Training International Tall Ships’ Races, and is expected to win.
