The White Lighthouse is at Seaburn in Cliffe Park, Sunderland, in the UK, and was taken approximate 3am in the morning of 2nd July 2017. Noctilucent clouds are a phenomena in the upper atmosphere visible in twilight in latitudes between 50 and 70 degrees north or south in summer when the sun is below the horizon but the clouds are still in sunlight.
