On one of my days off, I went down to Point Worzonof and set up my camera to wait for sunset. My original goal was to shoot Alaska's Sleeping Lady Mountain, but the air is so clear up here that I could see McKinley, otherwise known as Denali, and couldn't resist. A few bitterly cold minutes and the sun set touched the mountain. It was a clear evening in November when the sun is really low in the sky, causing the odd colors.
