Pavillion Cafe Cleveleys Promenade Mono acrylic
Five wind turbines at the Pavilion Cafe end of the Cleveleys New Wave Scheme at a cost of 200,000. The turbines would save 22.5 tonnes of carbon and would generate 52,000 kilowatt hours of electricity which can be used to power the cafe and the water feature. Additional power would be put back into the national grid, for which the council would receive cash.
