Trecking in the Lammergeier Valley, which narrows into a deep & narrow gorge in the Gurvan Saikhan Mountains, southern Mongolia. The valley is named after the Lammergeier, which is called Yol in Mongolian. Lammergeier is an Old World vulture. It is located within Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park. Yolyn Am is found in the Zuun Saikhanii Nuruu (Eastern Beauty) subrange of the Gurvan Saikhan Mountains. In winter the narrow gorge is filled with a temporary glacier.
