I visited the Isle of Mull to photograph Otters and saw some wonderful wildlife and sights during the trip. This shot was on the Isle of Staffa and near the entrance to Fingal's cave, imortalised by Medelssohn in his Hebrides Overture. The rock structure you see here is the same as on the Giant's Causeway in Ireland and is made of the volcanic rock Basalt in perfect hexagonal steps. I had left my ND10 filter at home, so I took a series of photographs and merged 22 shots to achieve the same effec
