Assington is just off the A134 road between Colchester, Essex and Sudbury, Suffolk, England. This is St Edmunds Church. The photograph was taken on 16th January 2012 and is as the camera saw it. I have taken this on a colour swap setting swapping the lovely blue sky to a bright red. Camera used; Canon Powershot SX30 compact. The Church of Saint Edmund became a Grade 1 Listed building in 1961. This fifteenth century church stands to the north of the village in a pleasant setting. It’s style
