Just two of the hundreds of Canadian geese seen on Sauvie Island, hanging out with white geese. Two, a few or scores would rise into the air upon some unknown alarm, whie others remained calm. They'd circle, and settle down in another spot. On another part of the island, the hunters were out, so this wasn't a bad spot for them to be. At times the noise from their squawks and cries would be so loud, it reminded me of the soundtrack to Hitchcock's The Birds. This photograph was enhanced using one
