This winter, I was hoping to get some pictures with sunrise or sunset colours reflecting on the snow. There isnt a fine sunrise or sunset everyday and when they do do happen, they can be quite unexpected. This painting was from a photograph I took on the way home from collecting one of my daughters from school. The sun setting always gets my attention and I couldnt miss the way it was just disappearing over these rooftops and shining through the cluster of small trees onto the snow.
