The Long-eared owl is a species of owl which breeds in Europe, Asia and North America. This image was captured on the grounds of Polkemmet country park in Scotland, during a wildlife photography workshop. The Scottish owl center is family run with the aim to educate the public, breed owls to increase the population of vulnerable species and they are also involved in many conservation projects.
