St Pancras lives again canvas
The stunning Victorian station was of course restored to its former glory in 2007 and now carries passengers onwards to Paris, among other domestic destinations. Designed by William Henry Barlow, the English civil engineer. It can be particularly delightful at Christmas time as there is usually a different type of Christmas tree each year and also a certain buzz about the place with people travelling to see loved ones.
