Memories of Lisnagleer canvas
This is the derelict schoolhouse and dwelling at Lisnagleer near Dungannon, County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. This was my grandparents home. My mother was born here in 1918, the middle one of nine children. All were educated in the adjoining school. This is the front view of the house with the schoolroom on the left. My wife also spent the early years of school in the same building, before a new school was built across the road.
