Much of the furniture and fittings were rescued from the nearby Abbey When King Henry went on the rampage destroying Roman Catholic places of worship. Open on weekdays 2.00pm to 4.00pm the warden is very helpful. Just love all that history. Touching furniture a thousand years old.
