The Bavarian city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber escaped serious damage in every conflict from the Thirty Years War to The Second World War. Because of poverty, it emerged with Medieval buildings and much of the city wall intact. It is now a major tourist destination. I couldn’t resist converting one of my 2010 photographs of the half-timbered and cobblestone scene into an 1800s style engraving or crow-quill pen sketch.

Cloned on Sides – We take 38mm from the edges of the face of the canvas and we duplicate it on the side of the canvas. Most popular and default option.

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).
