A Fennel seed head Foeniculum vulgare Purpureum Easy to grow herb native to Asia and the Mediterranean. Much used by the Romans, eating the steams as a vegetable and used for it's medicinal properties and listed as a remedy for no more than 22complaints. An infusion of seeds(1tsp crushed and infused for 5 mins in 1 cup of boiling water with a piece fresh orange/lemon rind)soothes the digestive system. Leaves and seeds go well with fish. Hung at doors on Midsummer's Eve to deter witches.

Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).

White Frame – White brushed finish.
Grey Frame – Grey woodgrain finish.
Silver Frame – Silver brushed finish.
