Gladiator canvas
Burrell no. 3159 - The Gladiator was built in 1909 by a Charles Burrell and Sons of Thetford in Norfolk UK. The engine was built as a Showman's road locomotive and carries the registration number CO 3823. Thomas Whitelegg purchased this Burrell Showmans road locomotive The Gladiator from Anderton & Rowlands in 1932 to haul and power his radio car dodgems. I took this photo in Brixham August 2012 and it has a cutout style effect applied.
