With a visible hint of blue sky, here is the iconic R.A.F. circle as seen on drum tight, vintage yellow canvas stretced over the underlying ribs of a Fairchild Cornell Mk. II monoplane. This aircraft was introduced in 1940 and mainly used as a trainer. In the early days of sticks, wire, canvas and glue, aircraft building was as much a hand crafted art form as it was a newly emerging industry.

Cloned on Sides – We take 38mm from the edges of the face of the canvas and we duplicate it on the side of the canvas. Most popular and default option.
Wrapped on sides – Image runs continuous around the sides of canvas.

White on Sides – Side of the canvas will have a white contour.
Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).
Teak Frame – Teak “antique” smooth woodgrain finish.
White Frame – White brushed finish.
Grey Frame – Grey woodgrain finish.
Silver Frame – Silver brushed finish.
Gold Frame – Gold brushed finish.
Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
