This White Rain Lily displays a very colorful array of exotic appearing reproductive parts. The flower's very close up macro photograph shows just top of the stamen or anthers and coming from the center, the top of the pistil or stigma . During Pollination, Pollen is passed from the Anther to the Stigma. Ample nectar and pollen produced by these flowers during the reproduction process will attract much attention from insects jumping flower to flower to assure successful cross pollination.
