Llandudno Pier in Blue and Grey canvas
The pier at Llandudno is the longest in Wales, at 700m long. It was originally opened in 1877, replacing an earlier and shorter wooden structure. This image shows the furthest reach of the pier with the pavilion at the end and the landing stage which was once used to board steamboats. The weather was overcast, and this gives the whole image a delightful blend of deep blues and greys.
