Gospa od Andela canvas
Pelješac is a 70 km by 3 km peninsula in Croatia. The building and tower on the hill is a charming Franciscan monastery, Gospa od Andela (Our Lady of the Angels), built in 1470, which nestles 150 m high above the town of Orebic. The shot was taken from a cruise ship in the narrow strait (The Strait of Pelješac) which separates the island of Korcula from Pelješac.
