In the foreground is the prow of HMS Belfast, which now forms part of the Imperial War Museums collection. Belfast was one of the last of the Light Cruisers to see service with the Royal Navy. Launched in 1938 she was decommissioned and transferred into the hands of a preservation trust in 1971 after seeing active service in the second world war, especially the Arctic Convoys and the Battle of North Cape, where she played a role in the sinking of the German Battleship the Scharnhorst. Black Frame – Black brushed finish.
Oak Frame – Natural wood, smooth woodgrain finish (Oak coloured).

Grey Frame – Grey woodgrain finish.
Silver Frame – Silver brushed finish.
