Cape Cornwall was thought to be the most westerly point in Britain until the Ordnance Survey revealed that was actually at Land's End, ever so slightly to the south west. Wheal Call cottage was a Count House to the local mine and and due to it's position it has no wifi, TV and mobile reception. Bliss! St Helen's Oratory can be seen in the field below the chimney stack. Brisons Rocks, known as 'General de Gaulle in his bath', are just off the headland.
